Was Aeneas the Founder of Rome?

Wednesday October 15, 2003
"What evidence do we have that a Greek named Aeneas ever came to Italy, much less that he fathered significant Romans? Oh surely there were Greeks landing in Italy by the 8th Century BCE, but in the 13th century BCE? The Classical dark ages, from about 1200 to 900 BCE saw very little migrations in the eastern Mediterranean." ~ REYNOLDSDC
