Oxford University Press, Primary Sources, & U.S. Middle Schools

Oxford University Press is launching a series of textbooks on ancient history for middle school students that will be based on primary sources, which correlate with greater interest and better scores in ancient history, according to World's Oldest Publisher Enters School Market With New Model to Replace Traditional Textbooks. Writing will be done in teams, using a young adult novelist and an archaeologist/historian.
