First there was Augustus, followed by the Julio-Claudian Emperors, then the year of the four emperors, then the Flavian Dynasty, then the five good emperors. Can you go any further? This list will help you learn the chronology of the Roman emperors. In addition, a growing number of the emperors' names are linked to short biographical blurbs.
