Yogurt in Neolithic Europe

A Discovery Channel article claims that yogurt residue has been found in Neolithic European containers from dating 5,950-5500 B.C. This suggests that the early inhabitants of Romania, Hungary and Switzerland had learned milk processing from Asian farmers.
There is evidence that the milky products were cooked suggesting a preparation to make the milk keep.
