Tuesday October 17, 2006
Fresco of AristotleAristotle's Top 3 Tips for Effective Blogging explains what you may already know, that much of what Aristotle wrote has been adopted by conventional wisdom, and what you are unlikely to have ever thought about before: why Aristotle would have made a great blogger. Here is part of the Aristotelian method adapted to blogging:
"You do that by telling smaller stories (otherwise known as blog posts), and, without unnecessarily taking the fun out of blogging, those smaller stories should each have a clear individual point and reason for being. Even if it’s just to make your readers smile on a Monday."
Thanks to Debra Hamels's Blogographos for pointing out this blog and a related one on why Plato would have failed in blogging.Aristotle image © Clipart.com
