Mary Beard, professor in classics at Cambridge and classics editor of the TLS, says that a translated-into-Greek fragment of Augustus' autobiographical Res gestae (RG) that was published in the 1930s without attribution to Rome's first emperor was only recently identified as coming from the RG.
