The Achaeans are those who fought on the Greek side in the Trojan War. Homer calls the Greeks Achaeans and Danaans in preference to Hellenes or Greeks.
Achaea
The Achaeans, a name Homer used for the Greeks, were people from Achaea.
Achilles - Greek Hero Achilles
Achilles was the all but invincible hero of the Trojan War. Only his heel was mortal and it was that that was pierced by and arrow leading to his death.
Calchas
Calchas was Agamemnon's chief seer during the Trojan War.
