Aerope
Aerope was the mother of Menelaus and Agamemnon. She had an affair with Thyestes, her brother-in-law, who was the father of Aegisthus. As a result of Aerope's adultery, her husband, Atreus, threw her into the sea.Also see:House of Atreus feature
