Definition: Horus was an Egyptian sky god who is often depicted as a stylized eye. Egyptian falcon statues may represent Horus. Horus is many gods put together. Some believe the original Horus was the brother of Osiris, Horus, Seth, Isis, and Nephthys. The Egyptian pharaoh was taken to be the living Horus.
