Odin
Information on Odin. One-eyed and the wisest of the Aesir gods, Odin is also called WodenOdin
Odin was accompanied by two ravens who informed Odin of the doings of the gods, giants, dwarves, and men. He lost his eye in exchange for a drink from a sacred well full of knowledge and learned songs and runes by hanging onto Yggdrasil for nine days. Around the eighth or ninth century he took over Tyr's function as sky god.
