Yen-Lo-Wang (Bao-Yan-Luo, Yan-Luo-Wang, Yanluo-Wang, or Yeng-Wang-Yeh) is the ruler of the 5th Court of the Chinese Hell, Feng-Du, the court of Wailing, Gouging and Boiling. Yen-Lo-Wang was originally ruler of the first court but was demoted for leniency. Monkey once visited Yen-Lo-Wang and caused trouble.
