Prometheus was the Son of the Titan Iapetus and the ocean nymph Clymene. He was the brother of Atlas, Menoetius, and Epimetheus. Prometheus was also the father of Deucalion, the only man to survive the Greek flood story. The most famous Prometheus story is about how he brought fire to man.
