The Antonine Wall. Built by the Romans the Antonine Wall is in modern Scotland.
Antonine Wall
The Antonine Wall was started in A.D. 142 under the emperor Antoninus Pius. It was to stretch 37 miles across central Scotland, with forts spaced 6-8 miles the length of the wall. The Antonine Wall was abandoned 20 years later.
