- Nebuchadnezzar II - son 604-562.
- Amel-Marduk - son - 561-560.
- Neriglissar - son-in-law of Nebuchadnezzar - 559-556.
- Labashi-Marduk - son - 556.
- Nabonidus and Belshazzar - Belshazzar was the son of Nabonidus and named by him as co-regent - 555-539.
