  • Idomeneus - King of Crete and considerably older than most of the warriors in the Trojan War.
  • Telemachus - Son of Odysseus who was left as a baby when Odysseus went off 20 years earlier to fight in the Trojan War.
  • Eumaeus - Faithful swineherd of Odysseus. He was the son of a king, but was kidnapped as a young boy and sold to Laertes, Odysseus father.
  • Thoas - An Aetolian who fought in the Trojan War. He volunteered for single combat with Hector.
